Andreas Ciroth and Claudia Di Noi, GreenDelta

9 AM-Noon (3-Hour Course)

4 CEU’s

This workshop will explain the LCA Collaboration Server (see description below), show practical examples and use cases, and perform exercises and use-case-throughs, so that participants will be able to use the LCA Collaboration Server for own project work after the course. A laptop with installed openLCA is recommended.

Collaboration Server: In the past 2 years, the US Department of Agriculture sponsored development of an LCA Collaboration Server, to be used for seamless collaboration in distributed teams for (1) creation of LCA datasets, (2) sharing LCA datasets and all kind of LCA related information, including entire life cycle models, (3) jointly creating LCA models in distributed teams, and finally (4) quality assurance and review process management for LCA datasets. The LCA Collaboration Server so far integrates with openLCA, and is freely available, as installable Web-App and as a shared Server
